Users can update orders statuses in Spark Shipping, the status can be changed for each line item individually, by going to the order page > Order Items > click Edit next to each Line Item > Update the status and hit Update.
The purpose of updating orders statuses in Spark Shipping is for your team notes. Changing the order status in Spark Shipping does not mean it has changed at the vendor’s end. When you update the status to Canceled for example, it does not mean it has been canceled with the vendor. Order Cancelations still need to be handled directly with the vendor.
